ICASA to launch urgent appeal against Telkom’s spectrum auction interdict

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will launch an urgent appeal against the North Gauteng High Court’s decision to grant Telkom and Etv an interdict against the high demand spectrum auction.
