South Africa’s cellular networks meeting to settle emergency spectrum fight

Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, Cell C, and Rain will meet with industry regulator Icasa to try and negotiate a settlement in the fight over cellular network capacity assigned at the start of South Africa’s Covid–19 epidemic.
